Are LCD TV\Computer monitors harmful?

Hi everyone, I have a question. I am going to be spending a lot of time in front of a computer for work and after work because I love computers :) but I am a bit worried because the back-lights in LCD screens (and normal fluorescent lights) produce UV light and I am wondering is it all blocked or do all LCD's do this and yeah I'm just a bit confused?
