Why do Cyalis commercials always end with the couple in separate bathtubs in the middle of nowhere?

I don't get the bathtub thing. Maybe I'm naive, and it has a ual connotation, but if it's a thing, why aren't they in the same tub. If anyone can explain the logic behind these commercials for me, I'd much appreciate it!
