Please help i dont want to die?

ok well i have alot of skin moles and i have these 2 index finger nail Sized ones on my lower back and for soem strange reason i get these very painful tingly jolts of pain that go up my back everyday at different times for no reason at all and then i had a mole on my arm removed with some vinegar stuff a long time ago like a month or two ago and now it turned redish again and i cant tell if the mole is coming back or not cuz it looks like a light brown to idk if its jsut cuz the lighting or what but a few minutes ago i scrathec my arm where it is and i got these weird tingly jolts of pain go through my arm and its the same as my back so idk if im like dying of like cancer here owr what but i dont want to die im only 13 and my dad never takes me seriously about when i tthink im dying from this and he prolly wont till i die from cancer or whatever and my dermatologist appointment is in December THATS TO LONG and ya i dont want to die im serious ive been freakin out and cryin over this
