Has anyone ever seen/heard of anyone being kicked off a cruise for smuggling on Alcohol?

I am over 21 and don't normally do stuff like this, but the prices on the cruise are a bit steep. Im def goin to purchase alcohol on the cruise but feel i won't spend as much if i have brought a little with me. I've read a lot lately about people not having too much trouble with sneeking alcohol aboard but their are still some people saying that if i'm caught i'll get kicked off with no refund. I'm not planning on starting any trouble on the ship. Does anyone know of anybody that has been kicked off due to trying to sneak on alcohol?
