Why do I feel weak when I wake up?

At the birth of my child I became anemic and had to have 2 blood transfusions since about 2 mnth after I get dizzy spells on and off (I will get dizzy for days in a row then nothing for days and so on) in the last mnth I've been feeling weak and shakey when I wake up in the mornings I've also keep getting a slight runny nose and I've never had hayfever I had the doctor chech my levels 7 weeks after the birth and my iron levels were fine I'm worried becous I have also missed my last period wich is 17 days late today thanks
