Christians- how do you deal with paradigms?

Christianity is a paradigm. Buddhism is a paradigm. Judiasm is a paradigm, and on and on. Each religion, each philosophy, is its own idealogy. How can one contain more "truth" than another? Please try to keep Jesus freaking to a minimum here when it comes to scripture postings. Being outside of your idealogy, I would like some non pseudo jargon speak as an answer. Bonus points if you can tell me how you detemine God is speaking to you (rather than you;re mind fixating on a "good" idea). Thanks!
