Can you be 100% sure that your Religion is right?

When it comes to picking a Religions its just like an educated guess no one can be 100% sure that what they picked is really the right one….. Can they? Like there are a couple hundred different Religions out there and they all have a fallowing so something about them has to be right. Almost all of them say that if you don’t fallow there teachings then you’ll go to hell or what have you. I am a Christian and I feel bad but I just can’t help but think that I might have picked the wrong one. Help!
