Can Anyone explain to me what happened to me and what I was experiencing?

I was huffing spray paint when all of a sudden i went into a trance that i never experienced. I seen I blinding white light and felt like i was being pulled into the sky but also leaving my body behind. I'm not too sure what happened and was wanting to know if anybody can help me.
