I am over weight. And I want to ask a girl out. But I am way to scared. Also she is out of my league...help!?

Please help! Her name is Kathy...ugh she is so sweet...but I am 12 years old and I weigh 189.6 Pounds! She is like...really cute also...but I have no confidence at all! I am scared out of my mind! I hate me...why does my life...they only one ever...I am so fat that I can have a heart attack anytime...please help me...a poor little kid...trying to ask out a beautiful gal...
