I need serious district court help?

10 days ago I got pulled over for a noise ordinance ticket. The ticket had no amount. I took the ticket in today and pled not guilty. Because I did not have a $50.00 collateral deposit, they did not accept my plea. On the back of the ticket, it states if I cannot pay the amount or the collateral, then I need to appear before the judge with my plea. The judge is on vacation until the 1st. I could not see the judge and they told me that they will not accept my plea and a warrent is going to be filed. Is this proposterous or what? The lady did the paper work and the ticket is $567.00 for a freaking noise ordinance. I need serious help guys....what are my options?
