leakage after ?

Hey I'm female, I've been receiving occasionally from my boyfriend for a while now, had no problems thus far, he does have a rather large but we always used lube so it was ok and I enjoyed it. Then we had a couple of months without it. Two days ago I did with my boyfriend for the first time again, and well, now I fart lot and I find that I need to go to the toilet more often and sometimes I "leak". What can I do to strengthen my muscles again (I'm not going to be having for a while now)? How long will this last? Is it just because I haven't done it in a while?
