Turkish airways to be banned from flying in/out of the uk?

After reading the news today about a turkish airoplane almost crashing at heathrow airport in london with a german jet..... It appears, that turkish airways will be denied access to uk aerospace, apparently the turkish crew and pilots, ignored air traffick control on 3 occions and were saved by something called auto-crash- avoidance.....does anyone know how this will affect people who have already bookd with turkish airways????
