IPhoto albums??

I want to back up my iphoto library onto my memory stick, and thats all fine and dandy, except I want it in the style of iphoto albums being individual folders on the memory stick. i looked in the iphoto folder in pictures and its arranged in rolls, which I dont want. i've trued to drag and drop the albums, but that doesnt work. does anyone know how i can do it quickly and easily?
